Information you choose to provide
If you email, call, text, or use WhatsApp, the information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss service fit, and arrange an appointment. Do not include sensitive health information in an initial email, SMS, or WhatsApp message.
Appointment request form
The on-site appointment request form is delivered through Formspree. It collects your name, email address, optional phone number, general concern or goal, service and location preferences, preferred times, and how you heard about Lee Strength. This information is used to review your request, respond, and discuss service suitability, availability, and location. Do not submit a detailed health history through this form.
Website hosting and necessary security
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. These services may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, request time, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site. Necessary security technologies may operate even when optional analytics are declined.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are not active until their project identifiers are configured. When activated, the site will ask for consent before loading them. With consent, these tools may record page visits and interactions such as appointment-button clicks so Lee Strength can understand which pages are useful. Health details are not collected through these click events. If you decline, optional analytics will not be loaded. You can clear this site’s local storage in your browser to reset your choice.
Newsletter consent
Newsletter signup and email delivery are handled through Kit. Subscribers must actively request the emails and confirm their address before joining the list. Kit retains the subscription and consent record, sends the welcome email, and provides a working unsubscribe link in every email.
Third-party links
This site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, facility websites, maps, credential-verification services, and manufacturer information. Their privacy practices apply when you leave this website.
